Fair take

Here’s a snapshot of the day rates that lawyers on the InCounsel panel are receiving from clients while on placement.

Once a lawyer is paid by the client, the lawyer then pays us a fee of 15% + GST. In setting their rates, lawyers are free to pass on or absorb our fee into their pricing with clients.

For example: at $1,500/day, the lawyer keeps a touch over $1,250/day.
